Vision Board Gathering

  • Transformation Center - Meets at Daphne Baptist Church Fellowship Hall 1515 6th Street Daphne, Alabama, 36526 United States (map)

Imagine what’s possible in 2027

What might happen if you gave yourself time to pause, get curious, listen, and imagine what’s possible in the year ahead?

Join the Transformation Center of Daphne for a Vision Board Gathering as we look toward 2027 with intention. Together, we’ll create a visual representation of what matters to us, who we are becoming, and where we sense God inviting us to grow.

Why take time to envision?

In Habakkuk 2:2, God instructed the prophet to write down the vision and make it plain. This reminds us of the value of listening, gaining clarity, and putting into words what is on our hearts.

Science also points to the value of envisioning a desired future. Research suggests that imagining what we hope for, considering what might stand in our way, and making a plan to respond can help us move toward our goals.

As we look toward 2027, creating a vision board gives us an opportunity to pause, pray, dream, and give a visual expression to what matters most. It can serve as a reminder of where we sense God leading us and the intentional steps we can take along the way.

Our vision boards can include words, images, colors, scriptures, declarations and anything, really, that reminds us of who we are and where we are going! You don’t need to be artistic or have everything figured out.

Before we gather...

Take some time to think about the questions below. You don’t need to answer every one — simply notice what stands out to you.

Reflecting on 2026

  • What am I grateful for as I look back on this year?

  • What have I learned about myself, God, or what matters most to me?

  • What do I want to carry into 2027? What am I ready to leave behind?

Looking toward 2027

  • What words or ideas has God been highlighting to me recently?

  • Who am I becoming? What qualities do I want to grow in?

  • What do I want more of in my faith, relationships, work, health, or personal life?

  • What dream or desire would I like to give attention to?

  • Where might God be inviting me to say yes in this next season?

  • What scriptures or declarations represent the hope I want to stand in?

No registration is required! Feel free to invite your friends and family to join us. Children are welcome to participate, and parents can decide whether the activity is a good fit for their child. Childcare will not be provided.

Come ready to reflect, explore, create, and make room for what’s possible in 2027!
